In order to serve the need of the public of high quality of ceramic tiles, some of our raw materials are imported from some parts of Asia particularly in Taiwan and China. From raw materials these are being pulverized in the ball into ceramic biscuits after passing from the pressing machine. Through the aid of the conveyors these biscuits are transported are transported to the sprayer where the coloring and glazing be done. After glazing, the tile will pass through the roller screen printer which is responsible for the designs. This roller screen printer comes from the latest designing technology in the field of ceramic industry where tiles designs are made more visible as compared to the others who are still adopting the traditional flat silk screen.
The designed biscuits will be arranged in the storage car by the aid of a loading machine. After the storage car has been filled with the biscuits, it will take 6-8 hour to dry up the biscuit. The AGV ( Automotive Guided Vehicle) will lift up the storage car and mount it in the kiln. These biscuits will pass through in the increasing temperature of the kiln where the final baking takes place.
